Shrink Wrap Services in North & Central New Jersey

From patio furniture to your whole house, wrapped tight and weatherproof for the winter.

One material, a lot of jobs

If it needs to survive a New Jersey winter outside, we can wrap it.

Shrink wrap is heavy-duty industrial film heat-shrunk drum-tight around a frame or support structure. Unlike a tarp, which flaps loose, tears in wind, and lets water pool and freeze on top, a properly shrink-wrapped seal genuinely keeps snow, ice, and wind-driven rain out for the whole season.

Being close to the lake towns of Morris County, boat and dock winterization is a natural fit alongside the rest of our exterior work, and we build a proper frame and vent every wrap so moisture doesn't get trapped underneath. We also wrap outdoor furniture sets, grills, and HVAC or AC condenser units for homeowners who want them protected without a bulky cover falling apart by January.

On the construction side, we shrink wrap whole structures or scaffolding during exterior painting and repair projects, whether that's weather protection to keep a job moving through a cold snap or containment for dust and debris. Same crew, same material, applied at whatever scale the job calls for.

How we do it

Our shrink wrap process.

Frame, Wrap, Vent, Seal, Inspect

01
Site Walk & Measure
We look at what's being wrapped and how it needs support, a boat or furniture stack needs a frame, a structure needs scaffold or strapping points identified first.
02
Frame & Support
Where needed, we build or use an existing frame, boat cradle, furniture stack, or scaffold, so the film has something to shrink against without sagging or pooling water on top.
03
Heat-Shrink Application
Industrial-grade film applied and heat-shrunk drum-tight with a propane torch, sealing every seam against the frame underneath.
04
Vent Where It Matters
Boats and enclosed spaces get proper venting so moisture doesn't get trapped and cause mildew underneath, a step that's easy to skip and expensive to regret in the spring.
05
Inspect & Walkthrough
Every seam checked for a tight seal. We review straps and access points with you before we leave, so you know exactly how it comes off in the spring.

Common questions

Shrink wrap questions.

Boats and docks, outdoor furniture sets, grills and outdoor kitchens, HVAC and AC units, pool equipment, and full structures or scaffolding for construction and weather protection. If it needs to survive outside through a NJ winter, we can probably wrap it.
A full winter season, typically 5 to 7 months, without issue. It's a single-season material, not reusable, we cut it off and dispose of or recycle it in spring rather than trying to store and reuse the film.
Upfront, yes. But tarps flap loose in wind, tear, and let water pool and freeze on top, which often causes more damage than leaving something uncovered entirely. Shrink wrap seals drum-tight and doesn't let go until you cut it off.
Yes, we can schedule removal and haul-away, or you're welcome to cut and remove it yourself once you're ready. Either way, we'll tell you which straps and zippered access points to use so it comes off cleanly.
